The Aga Khan Academies recruit exceptional young people from all backgrounds and provides them with the highest international standard of education. The aim is to develop ethical leaders with the capacity to drive positive development in their societies. This requires highly skilled teachers with evident passion for learning grounded on a strong personal philosophy of teaching. The Aga Khan Academies Teacher Preparation Programme (TPP) is designed to serve this purpose. This programme targets First class and Second class (Upper division of 68 points and above) graduates who demonstrate outstanding analytical and leadership skills who recently graduated (within 2021,2022 and 2023 the last one year or yet to graduate) and their areas of specialization is on Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, French, Physical Education and English.
The team is in the process of recruiting newly graduated teachers and have accepted to consider graduates of School of Education in Kibabii University.
